In the pharmaceutical sales and marketing sector, the Pharmaceutical Development Division(formerly BI Medical Inc.) is engaged in CRM business and CRO business* utilizing contact center operations, IT, etc. *Contract Research Organization A company that is commissioned by or acts on behalf of a pharmaceutical company to conduct clinical trial services for the development of a drug.
In 2000, we launched a drug information (DI) service for pharmaceutical companies. In recent years we have been integrating the special techniques required for communicating with professionals and patients in the medical sector with IT systems developed in the CRO business to provide a range of BPO solutions with a focus on pharmaceutical companies.
We provide clinical study services such as case registration, drug allocation, and emergency reception. Since 1986, before the term "CRO" even existed, we have been proposing solutions tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical companies utilizing our know-how and extensive business experience acquired through more than 2000 studies.
We sells mobile phone and PC content to consumers through monthly payment plans. Popular content includes Shinjuku no haha and Kagami Ryuji, mainly for NTT DoCoMo's flat-rate, unlimited use "Sugotoku-contents" service for smartphones.
BELL SOLEIL INC. is a special affiliate company that promotes the employment of people with disabilities. Its main business is to act as an administrative agent, contract administrative tasks for the Group's general affairs business, and act as an insurance agency.
