Harnessing the growth of the contact center outsourcing market, we will constantly evolve this business model, which has become part of the social infrastructure, while at the same time taking full advantage of synergies with major shareholders such as the ITOCHU Group and TOPPAN PRINTING. The BELLSYSTEM24 Group will create next-generation contact centers, utilizing our highly skilled operational talent to rapidly implement DX through the use of new technologies such as voice recognition, AI, and RPA. In this way, we aim to enhance our corporate value and continue to pay stable dividends to our shareholders.
