The Company acknowledges the importance of personal information and, declares that it has established a policy for the protection of personal information which must be upheld by the Company, its members and all organizations and individuals undertaking work on the instructions of the Company or its members and will endeavour to thoroughly implement and further improve its protection and management of personal information, pursuant to the BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings Group Charter for Business Conduct. The Company will establish a robust system for the protection of information, always cognizant of individuality and respectful of individual rights and interests.

The Company aims to provide training on information protection on an ongoing basis, and to be always mindful of the importance of protecting personal information when undertaking work.

1. The Company will collect and use personal information in an appropriate manner, to the extent necessary for the company's business, and as permitted by law. The Company will not use personal information for other purposes without first obtaining the consent of the individual concerned and will take measures to prevent unauthorized use.
2. Unless otherwise provided for by law, the company will provide personal information collected about an individual to third parties, including its subsidiaries or business partners, only after obtaining the consent of the individual concerned.

4. Assurances concerning information

1. Personal information will be accurate and up-to-date.
2. The Company will manage personal information to prevent it from being disclosed or leaked against the wishes of the individual concerned, and will take optimum physical measures and reasonable technical measures to prevent the risk of leakage, loss or theft. The Company will promptly take corrective action should any issues with the management of personal information come to light.
3. Personal information which is no longer required will be promptly deleted or destroyed in an appropriate manner.
4. In entrusting personal information to third party contractors as business demands, the Company will select companies/individuals which offer a level of protection greater than or equal to that provided by the Company and will exercise proper management by means such as articulating matters concerning the handling of personal information in a contract or memorandum.
5. The Company will establish a point of contact with respect to personal information collected about individuals, and promptly respond to any requests from individuals asking the company to check, change or stop using their personal information and to any complaints or inquiries received from individuals concerning personal information collected about them.

1. When undertaking business, the Company will fully consult with the client to articulate in a contract matters such as the Company's handling of personal information and accountability, and it will endeavor to build a system which ensures that the client and individuals about whom information is collected will always be dealt with in an appropriate manner.
2. The Company will ensure that personal information received in trust from the client is managed safely and securely.

6. Compliance with laws and regulations, standards and contracts

The Company will comply with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information, relevant national guidelines and other relevant national standards, as well as contractual provisions on the handing of personal information.

7. Review and continuous improvement

The Company will adhere to this Privacy Policy and endeavor to revise and improve measures accordingly depending on changes in the social situation.
