As a way of investing in "Diversity of human resources and work styles", we will support the prosperity of life in the local communities through the direct supports of local sport teams and employment opportunities to athletes. In the communities where we conduct our business, we share the values and interests of the communities over the long term and work toward integration with the communities. At the same time, we will continue to contribute to the communities also as an initiative to nurture the next generation.
Since 2018, athletes from the Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo Badminton Team have worked at the Sapporo Solution Centers while also attending team practices.
The Fukuoka area, with around 6,000 employees, has been positioned as one of our important areas, and we have engaged in activities to promote the community through sports. Since 2018, employees have been invited to the Crown Sponsor Match held annually, and we also host a baseball workshop for employees and their families. We will continue to work to further contribute to the community in the Fukuoka area as a community-based corporation.
Along with improving our company recognition in the Miyagi area and improving employee satisfaction, we will aim for community contribution rooted more deeply in the community together with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles as they engage in community contribution activities across the entire Tohoku region.。

We opened the Kobe Solution Center in 1999 in Hyogo Prefecture. About 1,100 employees now work at the center. The employees actively participate in various volunteer and other social contribution activities as a community-based center. We are working with VISSEL KOBE. VISSEL KOBE also performs regional contribution activities. Our aim is to revitalize the region by promoting sports in Hyogo Prefecture in the future.
