BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo / President, CEO and Representative Director: Shunsuke Noda) has signed up to declare our endorsement of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) action principles to proactively promote the empowerment of women. We were approved as a participating company in September 2022.

The WEPs are action principles for companies to place gender equality at the core of management and to then voluntarily work to achieve that equality. The UN Global Compact and UN Women formulated the WEPs in 2013. The aim is to achieve the gender equality which is indispensable for sustainable and inclusive economic growth while enhancing the economic and social value of companies at the same time.

We consider diversity in human resources and workstyles, an area which includes the empowerment of women, to be the most important management issue to achieve our corporate vision to sustain the prosperity of society, through innovation and communication. Accordingly, we are developing an environment where employees with diverse backgrounds can display their strengths to the maximum possible extent. We will continue to promote the empowerment of women by working on the principles advocated by the WEPs to contribute to the development of sustainable business and society in the future.
