Established in Hanoi in 2009, Polytechnic College places a strong emphasis on practical vocational training. The College offers specialized programs in information systems, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering.

BSV focuses on Vietnam's growth industries, including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce, while also developing and employing hundreds of Japanese-speaking professionals to support offshore operations, especially for Japanese clients.

Through this partnership, BSV will host interns from Polytechnic College, providing opportunities to improve their language proficiency and practical skills by working in a professional contact center environment and gaining firsthand experience with advanced technologies.
Specifically, the collaboration will include internship programs, software skills training, and recruitment activities. Beyond the classroom, the two parties will also work together to expand learning opportunities through job fairs for graduating students, workshops for students, and tours of BSV's contact center. These programs aim to cultivate highly skilled professionals with both expertise and practical capabilities--talent that can succeed not only in Japan and Vietnam but also on the global stage. BSV aims to accept 100 interns annually through this initiative.

Looking ahead, the BELLSYSTEM24 Group will continue to create more stable employment opportunities and foster highly skilled talent in Vietnam and other overseas locations, thereby contributing to the development of a sustainable society.
