Sustainability Principles of Conduct for Supply Chains
(Request for Cooperation from Business Partners)

We have established the Sustainability Principles of Conduct for Supply Chains as requirements to be observed by all business partners involved in our group's business and transactions. We request that all our business partners comply with the relevant international treaties, norms and the laws of Japan and other countries, as well as understanding the purpose and content of these principles. We ask for your cooperation, including that of your partner companies, to realize a sustainable society together with our group.

1. Respect for Human Rights, Good Work Environment, and Health and Safety

Respect the human rights of all people in all our business and transactions and promote activities aiming to improve the work environment and to ensure health and safety.
