Human Rights Policy

We respect the rights of all people involved in any of our business activities and transactions

1. Basic stance on human rights
We respect the rights of all people involved in our business activities and transactions. We comply with international standards such as the United Nations International Bill of Human Rights (Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenants), the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as the domestic and local laws of each country and region, and constantly pursue higher standards.
2. Workplaces and society without discrimination
In any of our business activities and transactions, we do not engage in discrimination based on nationality, race, ethnicity, country of birth, place of origin, color of skin, religion, thought and belief, language, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation or sexual expression, age, disability, marriage status, pregnancy, health condition, form of employment, status in society or any other criteria.
3. Safe workplaces
We ensure safe and healthy proper work environment free from long work hours, forced labor and harassment. We also comply with the occupational principles and rules defined by the ILO and other international organizations, work to eliminate forced labor and child labor, and respect freedom of association and rights such as collective bargaining rights. We pay fair and appropriate wages above the minimum wage and maintain the principle of equal pay for equal work.
4. Protection of privacy
We unfailingly protect the privacy of employees, clients, consumers and other people involved in our business activities and transactions.
5. Identifying and resolving issues
We identify human rights-related processes in our business activities and transactions, specify and evaluate both overt and potential issues through human rights due diligence, and make efforts to correct actions and remove risk. We reliably operate the cycle to maintain whistleblowing mechanisms to collect complaints and other feedback received from both internal and external report windows, introduce remedies when necessary, and reflect the feedback in overall policies. We increase the transparency of our efforts, appropriately disclose contents to inside and outside the company and engage in dialogue.
6. Encouraging business partners to respect human rights
We encourage all business partners and individual customers with whom we do business to respect human rights.
7. Education and awareness
By providing mandatory training on human rights to all executives and employees, we raise their awareness and understanding of the importance of protecting human rights. We enhance this training to enable specific actions to be incorporated into our daily operations.
8. Director in-charge
We designate a director responsible for this policy and ensure its implementation through the oversight of the Board of Directors.
